GET INVOLVED!

Here are current research projects that include deaf kids and their families. Check them out and help us learn more about the awesome things deaf children can do!

Seeking hearing families with young deaf children.

The Family ASL Project at UConn is doing research on families with deaf children who are using sign language as one of the home languages. This research opportunity is remote, and you can participate from anywhere. The project is specifically seeking children between ages 2-3 but is also working with children up to the age of 5. For the project that is seeking 2-year-olds, participation includes ASL mentoring services and equipment, as well as a monthly stipend as a thanks for your participation. If you would like more info, please check out their website at: Family ASL
